This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to OPD online booking services provided by Shri Ramni Treatment Centre. By booking an appointment online, you agree to the following terms:
Refund & Cancellation Rules
- No Cancellation & Refund: OPD appointments cannot be cancelled. Therefore, OPD fee payments made shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- 15-Day Validity: Patients who have paid OPD fees within the last 15 days are not required to pay again for a new appointment within this period.
- Appointment Validity: OPD appointments are valid only for the same day or the next two days from the date of booking.
Exceptions
Refunds or rescheduling may only be considered in rare cases where the hospital cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, patients will be notified and guided for rescheduling without additional charges.
Patient Responsibility
- Patients must ensure accurate information is provided during booking.
- Patients are responsible for attending the appointment within the validity period.
- Failure to attend within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the OPD fee.
