These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Shri Ramni Treatment Centre’s OPD online booking service. By booking an appointment online, you agree to abide by the following terms:
Specific Conditions
- No Cancellation & Refund: OPD appointments cannot be cancelled. Therefore, OPD fee payments made shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
- 15-Day Validity: Patients who have paid OPD fees within the last 15 days are not required to pay again for a new appointment within this period.
- Appointment Validity: OPD appointments are valid only for the same day or the next two days from the date of booking.
Patient Responsibility
- Patients must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
- Patients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled appointment.
- Failure to attend the appointment within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the OPD fee.
Hospital Rights
- The hospital reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
- The hospital may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date.
